We have several residential service plans available to meet your needs while staying within your budget.
Basic Maintenance Plan
- One service per year
- $50 Credit per year on replacements, up to $500 Max
- $150 service call rate
Advanced Maintenance Plan
- Two services per year
- $100 credit per year on replacements, up to $1000 Max
- $100 service call rate
Advanced Plus Maintenance Plan
- Two services per year
- $150 credit per year on replacements, up to $1500 Max
- $75 service call rate
A service plan extends the longevity of your system and increases the efficiency and reliability of your heating and cooling equipment, which can provide you with significant savings in the long term.
What’s included with a maintenance service:
- Duct inspection
- Lubrication of moving parts
- Complete visual inspection of the entire system
- Check and adjust thermostat settings
- Check of system refrigerant levels and pressures
- Inspection and tightening electrical connections
- Inspection of all electrical components
- Check of current draw on motors and compressors
- Inspection and cleaning as needed condenser coils
- Inspection and cleaning of blower fans
- Inspection of gas fired heat exchangers
- *Inspection and cleaning as needed evaporator coils
- *New maintenance customers with extremely dirty evaporator coils, which must be removed, will be charged an additional fee.
*Restrictions apply to service call and replacement unit discounts. The service contract must be active for the discount to apply. To receive cumulative discounts service contract must have run continuously without breaks in the service agreement.
