Our Process
We start by understanding which rooms you want to cool and heat, and why. Are you conditioning a new room addition? Converting an attic? Cooling a garage or sunroom? We tour your home and measure each space—square footage, window size, sun exposure, insulation, and occupancy patterns. We also ask about your comfort goals: do you want independent temperature control in each room, or a coordinated system with a main unit and secondary zones?
For multi-zone systems, we calculate the BTU requirement for each zone separately, then confirm that a single outdoor condenser can handle the total load. We examine potential indoor unit locations—wall space, ceiling height, and return air clearance are critical for performance. We also measure distances between the outdoor unit and each planned indoor location to confirm that refrigerant line routing is feasible and efficient.

We also confirm the outdoor condenser location: it needs level ground, clear space for air circulation, protection from afternoon sun if possible, and safe distance from windows and doors.
On installation day, our certified technicians install the outdoor condenser on its prepared pad, then route refrigerant lines, electrical connections, and condensate drain to each indoor unit location. We mount each indoor unit securely, connect all lines to the compressor, and wire thermostats and controls. Every connection is pressure-tested for leaks before we charge the system with refrigerant.
