Installation estimates are typically free; diagnostic visits for repairs may carry a service fee that we disclose before work begins. All pricing is confirmed with you before we proceed.
Scheduling, Cancellations & Access
We will work with you to schedule service at a convenient time. Please provide safe and reasonable access to the equipment and work areas. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we ask that you notify us as far in advance as possible so we can serve other customers.
Payment Terms
Payment is due as agreed at the time service is rendered or as otherwise stated in your written estimate or invoice. We accept commonly used payment methods and offer financing on qualifying work through third-party lenders. Past-due balances may be subject to fees permitted by law.

Equipment is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, which varies by brand and model. We stand behind our workmanship as described in your service documentation.
